Lisa is a graduate of Arizona State University, with a BS degree in Finance. She has built a career working in property management and has been director at Ocean Blue since 2017. Having built several portfolios from the ground up, her strengths are business development and customer relations. Lisa has been instrumental in increasing portfolio returns for her valued clients by pricing rentals to achieve the best possible returns, while always aiming to keep expenses low. Upon relocating from Boston where she received her B.A. from Boston College, Maura made a decision to pursue a real estate property management career. Maura quickly determined that her greatest personal fulfillment came from helping investors manage and maximize their most valuable investment asset. Maura has thorough knowledge of the Tampa rental market and is totally committed to go the extra mile to provide the professional services you expect and deserve. While pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Tampa, David started his career in property management. Now with years of previous experience in residential and commercial property management, David is an expert at maintaining your investment properties for long term growth. Corban Blankenship is one of the newest members of the Ocean Blue Property Management team, specializing in overseeing day-to-day management, owner communication, vendor coordination, and marketing strategies that strengthen client relationships and drive occupancy. He utilizes his strong background in residential property operations and expertise in streamlining processes using platforms like AppFolio and Tenant Turner to ensure smooth operations across the growing portfolio. Corban's commitment to excellence and integrity was recently recognized when he was named a Top Agent in Florida for 2025 by Best Agents.US.

With 12 years as a licensed real estate broker, asset manager, and co-owner of a property service business, Heather brings a comprehensive, ownership-level approach to property management. She works with property owners who expect their real estate to perform - not just operate. Heather combines deep knowledge of the local rental market with hands-on operational oversight, strategic marketing, and financial insight, allowing decisions to be made with a clear view of both short-term execution and long-term value. This integrated perspective supports stronger leasing outcomes, tighter expense control, and more predictable asset performance. Heather delivers disciplined, full-spectrum management focused on measurable results, clear reporting, and protecting the long-term value of the asset.

Mayra has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology and started her journey in the property management field in 2019 when she came onboard with Ocean Blue. She has impressive customer service skills, learning these skills working at the US Consulate in Mexico, and speaks fluent English and Spanish. She has been our back-office foundation since she joined Ocean Blue, excelling at support and all aspects of property management. In her words, 'I enjoy interacting with people, helping them and solving problems'. Because of Mayra, we are able to provide excellent service to all our clients, including those who only speak Spanish.
